Find Ancestors

***Stanley William Walker from Derby*** Hi I am trying to find details for my familly tree however after some success on my mother's side I have no details about my paternal father's side [my parents divorced when I was very young]. All I know about my farther Stanley William Walker is he was considerably older than mum Margaret Irene Murden who was born 1926(I believe they married in Derby some time between 1945 and 1950). He spent a good part of his life in Derby before we moved to Rugely in Staffs. Once my parents divorced we moved back to Derby, however my Dad met someone else started another familly (at least 2 sons and my half brothers) and my last memory was visiting him with his new family for a holiday. At this point (early 1960s) he was caretaker for an unused isolation hospital near Birmingham (I seem to have distant memories the actual location being Sutton Coldfield). The last I heard of my father and his new family (nothing more than rumour) was they had moved to Peterborough where I believe he stayed until his death (I only presume he must be dead). My father was no angel and spent many occassions in prison during his life, however on my birth cerificate his profesion is down as coal miner (facehand below ground) and I also know he lost one of his legs. If anyone could throw any light on who he was and where he came from I would be eternaly grateful.
