Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Trying to find ELSIE/PENNY WALKER, Penny (originally born as Elsie, but took the name Penny) was living in Adys Road, Peckham, in the 1960s and 70s, but moved to Brighton and around Kent in later years. She was hurt in car accident in 1966 and apparently gives the appearance of being "slow" or with learning difficulties. Last heard of in a caravan site in Birchington many years ago.
