Hello to all Walker, and boy there are a few of us! I'm trying to find Walkers of Waltham Abbey for my dad his dad was Leslie Charles b.1918 - d1980 he was a fireman in Waltham Abbey and later a publican for many years. He married a Beryl Buckle, he had one step sister Erica and their dad was Charles Edward Walker d05/12/1946 Born may be in Kent and owned a sweet shop at 1 Milton Street, Waltham Abbey of the name Walker. Leslie and Beryl lived next door number 2 we have now found out that his grandmother first name was mary Mable and she dies in 1970 aged 79 that is about all i know i really do hope someone can help or even point me in right directions as i am new to this and will ned much help i feel.
