I am trying to find any descendents of my great grandfather. He was Peter Walker, a tailor in East Linton. He had a daughter(Jane Pennicuick DoB 1879) but married and living in Haddington in the late 1940s. I visited her with my grandfather James Walker and seem to remember that she had at least one son. He also had a son Alexander Kinnaird Walker(DoB 1877) who was in the Army and possibly stationed at or near Carlisle. He was killed in the 1914-1918 war but had children who were educated at Dunblane (School for orphaned children of servicemen). |
