Born: Phoebe May WARD (May is highly likely her middle name, but it wasnt recorded on her marriage certificate) Years: 1920 +/- 1yr District: Dublin, IRELAND (we are HOPING this is correct) Fathers Name: Albert Victor WARD Mothers Name: Unsure (BUT may have had the initials M.A) Siblings? I think she may have had at least one sibling. She married a Thomas PHILLIPS in 1939 in England. Any help or possibly connections are welcome!
