hello is there anyone out there who is descended from the ward family who lived in the BOXFORD area of Suffolk from possibly the early 1860's onwards? The head was a Thomas Ward born about 1839 (in sheerness kent) and his wife was Charlotte Ward (born about 1840 In Boxford Suffolk). They had 7 children Caroline born abt 1864, Charles about 1862, George about 1872 (my great great grandfather I found him living in London at the time of the 1891 census), James abt 1877, John abt 1866, Kate abt 1875 (she was a witness at George's wedding in 1896) and Thomas born abt 1870. All the children were born in Boxford Suffolk. Thanks Lesley |
