I am trying to trace reletives of my grandfather, Charles Edward Ward of Norfolk. He wasn't married to my grand mother but they had 5 children from 1920 - 1928. He would have been about 40 yrs. old then. After my grandmother died in 1929 the children were all put into orphanages and he is thought to have returned to his wife and 2 children in Norfolk. Before that he was a Sgt. Major in the army and later he worked demonstrating machines at Harrods and Gamages. |
