Hi I am trying to find information on Alexander Watson's family. He was born 07.05.34 in Edinburgh and adopted. His Mother was Called Mary Watson and he did meet her when he was in his early 20s.

I don't hold out much hope for a reply, but thanks to all who read this. Fingers Crossed.

Hi there,
I do have a Mary Watson in my family, she was born 28/09/1869 in 10 coalhill, Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Dont know if this is of any help but good luck,

Thanks Darren but that would make her far too old. She was apparently quite young when she had him, though don't know the exact age.
