I am tying to find out who the parents of Sarah Watson were. Sarah was born 1840 at North Dalton, Yorkshire. Possible mother is Mary. |

No have not got cert yet, as not found a record. Still checking through all notes, as William has been known as Hara/ Harah & Airey, so i'm getting slightly confused. |

Found this on freebmd BUT 1841 although census can be out give or take. |

Sarah's birth in Dec 1840 was probably only registered in the new year so included in the March quarter of 1841 |

On the same batch number as Sarah are more christenings all with mother Mary but 2 different fathers. Benjamin and Mark. |

I have found a Sarah Watson in 1851 census living with grandparents James & Mary Watson. |

You might at least have acknowledged the marriage found , which means you can purchase the certificate which would hopefully give you her father's name and occupation - which can then be used to cross check census entries. |
