i have some info on the Watson family from Stanhope Weardale Durham that may help some one, Elizabeth Watson born 1786 married not known at this time. Children. George Watson twin to Joshua Watson born 1821. Joshua married a Hannah Ritson her mother was Mary Ritson father not known at this time, Hannah one of 4 children, Joseph born 1831, mary born 1841 and Frances born 1836. Joshua Watson and Hannah had 3 children Thomas born 1844, John Ritman born 1842, and Ralph born 1846. Ralph married Jane 1848 and had 6 children Elizabeth born 1868, Alice born 1871, Joshua born 1873, Wilfred born 1877, Lilneen (Selina) born 1880 and Mary Edith born 1883 she married a Thomas Rutherford. |
