I am looking for information on the WATSON family from Mile End Old Town, London. GEORGE EDWARD WATSON b. c1901 in I think Limehouse, London. In 1923 he married DAISY MARIE STARK b. c1902 also I think in Limehouse,London. They had a daughter BETTY JOAN WATSON b. 19/5/1924. BETTY was born in the Mothers Home, 396 Commercial Road, Mile End Old Town, London and GEORGE and DAISY were at the time living at 404 Commercial Road, Mile End Old Town, London. At the time of BETTY's birth GEORGE was a Bus Conductor. In 1940 DAISY was a widow and was living with her daughter BETTY at 642 Longbridge Road, Dagenham, Essex. BETTY was at this time working as a Burroughs Machine Operator. Any information that anyone has regarding this family, both for ancestors and decendants would be most gratefully received. 21/12/2004 UPDATE:- On 19th July 1941 BETTY gave birth to a son MICHAEL DAVID WATSON - ME. All I know about my father is that his name was CYRIL CUTLER (Cuttler or other varient), he was a Mechanic and a prodestant. I was adopted in August 1941 and I am looking for information about my father. I would like to find out who my Father was and what happened to him. Also I would like to know what became of my Mother Betty and my Grandmother Daisy. If anyone out there has any information, please contact me. Thanks. John Hart (my adopted name)
