Florence Watson (1879) - Does anybody out there have a Florence Watson in their tree (born in London 1879). I am trying to trace my great grandfather (who I believe was Italian). I have hit a dead-end so if anyone has a similar Florence, please get in touch

Similarly I have quite a few watsons living around London (1840 +) in my family ancestry if anyone is looking?

Thanks
Jane Watson

September 2008 I still check this thread should you come across it.

Hello Jane.

I am trying to find out about Marian Almina Watson born 1903 in Greenwich. That is all I have at the moment. Any connection do you think?

Hello

I haven't come across anyone born in the Greenwich area on my side as yet.

My great great great grandfather was a John Watson (born about 1801/3). He was born in Kent originally.

He did have a son called William Watson born about 1844 (all I know he was born in London but haven't yet found out what happened to his side)

Hello Susan

I have replied to your message you sent me. I do have a side of the Watson tree starting back in the 1800's that I have not traced. I have a Mary Watson who was born to Charles Watson & Elizabeth Shaw born in 1838 but have never gone any further with that side. I do not have any Todd's on my family tree that I have looked into to date.

Regards

Jane

hi,

My grandfather was frederick Watson born around 1896 in london. I do not know much about his parents, his mother may have been Florence, and they lived in the Dalston area of London. Do you think their is any connection with anyone in your tree?

Hi Pauline

I do have a Frederick Watson, not born in 1896 though but in 1906. His mother was Florence Watson who was born in 1879 St Pancras.

He had 3 sisters and 1 brother.
