Hello All, I am still trying to find out about some info about my grandmother ALICE EVELYN WATTS, born Leicester about 1900. The only ALICE E WATTS I could see on the 1901 census was for one who lived in the Leicester formerly St Marys area. I know ALICE married by grandfather in about 1919 in Leicester and it looks like it was witnessed by Alice's father JOHN WATTS and her sister ELSIE WATTS. If it is the right ALICE E WATTS on the census. - Her mum would have been EMMA WATTS born about 1870/1, her siblings would be JOHN HY WATTS , born about 1889/90, ELSIE WATTS born about 1895/6 and HORACE WATTS born about 1896/7. Can anyone help with this query please? Or did you have family in Albert or Henshaw Street in Leicester about this time. Many thanks Pam |
