Find Ancestors

I am trying to find information about Charles Williams.
He was born in 1855 in Llanyblodwel or Trefonen, Denbighshire.
His father was Thomas Williams a general labourer.
In 1878 he married Elizabeth Owen and he was living in Caxton Place, Beatrice Street, Oswestry and was a railway fireman.
in the 1871 census he would have been 16 and 6 in the 1861 census, but I have not been able to find him in either.
Is there be anyone out there that possibly could.
