	If you are wanting to know if it's the same Sarah, then you need the cert to cross ref the dads name

	Perhaps your best option with a name like Williams is to go to yahoo groups and type in monfh it is a group which has alot of parish records for monmouthshire and the owner Mike is very happy to help look for your relatives.He found some of mine that i'd been searching for years for in a matter of hours and their surname was JONES!!!! It's free to join the group so you don't have anything to lose.
