Are you sure the father's name was Declan and not William?

Found this marriage in Sep qtr 1908 which would fit in with the birth of Lily

I think we may be on the right tracks with the childrens birth registrations that I've listed, if you look at Robert Charles registration it would be right, however I can see no sign of a Declan Williams..... so I'm wondering if the Margaret Sullivan and William Williams is the correct one, often people used a different christian name.

Looking at the deaths for Margaret there is a choice of 3 (if the family stayed in the same area);

As a guess I would maybe think the middle registration is a child bearing age for the listed births..... I would suggest you maybe think about spending a few pennies and ordering Robert Charles birth certificate... this should tell you the parents names and hopefully the birth date will be the same as the one you have?? The child of Decland and Margaret that is linked to you, do you have their marriage certificate?
