hi there im new to this tryin to find my grandads birth cert have tried in bd an m unfortunatly not alot of info to go on he was born outside cardiff almost certain 1924 harold baden williams any tips gratefully received dianne

tricky one Dianne - I was a Williams before marriage and I live in Cardiff - actually had an uncle Harold Williams, but long before yours - no good me looking in the telephone directory because I know without a doubt there will be hundreds

can only say you have to get more information

There are very few Harold B. Williams births around then surprisingly -:

Is your grandfather still alive?
If not, did he die after 1969?
After that year, date of birth and birthplace are added to the death certificate.
