i'm trying to find my nan's dad her maidern name was Wilson. her mothers name was Lemataney Matthews they were born in Croydon surrey if you know of him could you let me know thanks

What a wonderful name - this is the only marriage I could see with correct first name on FreeBMD

So it looks like she married Henry Matthews? If you buy the certificate you will have both fathers and their occupations, the residence of the couple, their ages and also the witnesses names.

Use the above reference and pay £7 for the cert at GRO online.

I think you list Lemataney as born 1910

There is a marraige in the full index of Lemataney Matthews to a Wilson in 1830 in the third quarter in the Wandsworth Reg District Volume 1d Page 1482

Checking the Wilson's marriages for the same quarter her husband was Jack Wilson

Hi

I'm searching for anyone who knew Jean, last heard of in Warrington Lancs. in the mid 40's.
She may have connections with London and Birmingham.
Her father was Thomas, a builder's manager address unknown.
