Jessica was sent to stay with friends after parents died.Arthur & Catherine went to Barnardos and another brother Harold was in Dorset.
In 1914 Jessica went to childrens home in Sidcup and then Christmas 1915 was discharged but we do not know to whom and where as she was only 10 yrs old approx.
Harold was born in Lambeth but all the others are from New Cross London
Anyone know where she went?

It's a bit of a long-shot but the only marriage that I can find that might be a possible match is in 1925 in Bramley, Yorkshire
Jessica Wood to Benjamin E Irwin
This would make Jessica about 20 years old when she married.

There is a birth for a Jessica Elizabeth Wood in 1909 in West Ham

Another long-shot (but maybe by process of elimination) if you look in "Search Trees" and put in - Benjamin Irwin born 1900 - you'll see that someone has him in her tree and that he was born in Bramley, Yorkshire which fits the area for the marriage I mentioned.

I'm trawling through messages looking for Buntons & came across your name. Just wondered if you are a Bunton by birth or marriage! And whether you have any information in about any Norfolk Buntons?
