Hi Everyone out there, I am trying to find out more information about the WOOD side of my family. Does anyone have Woods in their family from the Northweald Essex Area. My 2 x Great Grandfather was called Edward Wood born 1819 Northweald, Essex married to Ann Newman born 1822 Tottenham, Middx. They had 12 children: Edward, William, Elizabeth, John, Mary Ann (my Great Grandmother married William Saunders) , Joseph, Henry B, George, Emma, Caroline, Agnes and Charles. All the children were born in the Tottenham/Edmonton area except the oldest Edward who was born in the Northweald area. If any of this rings any bells with you I would love to hear from you. |
