Does anyone recognise this 1901 family? 23 Chilcot Street, Poplar Alfred Wood, Head, 39, General Labourer, born Poplar (son of Frederick Wood & Julia Griffiths - I have traced these back a few generations) Eliza Wood, Wife, 40, born Bromley (nee Flewers) Annie Wood, daughter, 15, born Bromley (Ann Eliza - my ggrandmother) Henry Wood, son, 13, born Bromley (William Henry) Walter Wood, son, 8, born Bromley Alfred Wood, 6, son, born Bromley (married a German lady) Ellen Wood, daughter, 11 mths, born Poplar (Nell - had daughter known as Fluffy) I have already made contact with a descendent of William Henry but I would be very interested hear from anyone connected to Walter, Alfred or Nell or of another son John b1882, known as Jack and supposedly a diver who was killed in the war.
