Trying to find information and relatives of JAMES E. WOOD. His mother was AMELIA EMILY WOOD (nee JORDAN) (1882-1954) His father was ALFRED CHARLES WOOD (1881-1945). The family originates from the Brighton area in Sussex and there are also references to London. James had a brother called JOSEPH CHARLES WOOD (my grandfather) (born 25/11/1910), a sister called AGNES ELIZABETH WOOD (born 23/12/1900) and a sister called MARGARET PHYLLIS WOOD (born 17/08/1917) According to my mum, Penny Wood - James married Blanche(?) maybe around the 1930's and they had two children - RONNIE WOOD (who was the chaffeur to Peter Sellars when he was married to Britt Eckland) and GLORIA WOOD (who got married to another 'James' in either the 1950's/1960's) If the above names sound familiar or occur somewhere in your family tree, then I would love to hear from you. |
