Member Since: February 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Trying to find relatives of my grandfather, Charles Gilbert Wood, born I think 23rd March, 1912 or 1913. He was born outside of wedlock to the daughter of a local businessman (Wood and Watson) who were in the soft drinks industry in Durham and was given his mothers surname of Wood (His father is not known). He was taken in by the Humphries in West Hartlepool at birth and brought up by them. HE married Mary Annie Platten.
