I am searching for any members of the Wood family that may be descended from John Thomas Wood's first marriage. John's first marriage was to Elizabeth Ann Powell in Dec 1893 carried out in St. James church Marylebone, London. John was born in the Marylebone district of London in 1867 and my family are the descendents of his second marriage to Beatrice Maud Barron in 1921. John had the following brothers and sisters all born in the Marylebone area. Harriet b. 1862 William b. 1865 Edward b. 1869 John's father was William Wood born at 32 Berners Street, Marylebone, London around 1840. John's mother was Johanna Feeney born in 1841 believed to be Irish. Any information would help clear a big hole in our family and especially my elderly dad who could finally know if he did have half brothers and/or sisters. Many thanks Jon |
