My Great Grandfather was WILLIAM WOOD who married CAROLINE BECKETT or BARRETT. They had three or four children BEATURICE WOOD and PETER WOOD and OWEN WOOD - there may have been another. PETER WOOD (my Grandfather) married MARIA CARMEN (who was spanish) and had three children CAROLE and TERESA and LAWRENCE. CAROLE WOOD married ROBERT PENFOLD and had two children RYAN and SHANNON PENFOLD. I believe that William Wood came from the Islington area or nearby.
