I am looking for descendants of Derek Concannon Greet Wright, born 1912 Blean, Kent.
Married Andre Cooper 1940 Ware, Hertfordshire.
Died 1999 Horsham, West Sussex.

I am researching his father's family.

Many thanks,
Sara

Look in search trees for possible links on GR

Sara, you say you are researching his father's family, so did you mean ancestors rather than descendants?

Might as well put this as I've already looked!

Births Jun 1912 (>99%)
Wright Derek C G Greet Blean 2a 1851

Thanks Flick,
I have tried that....searched births with surname = wright and mother's maiden name = cooper; then I took all of those and searched GR. No result.

Apologies, you did mean descendants obviously!

The ones I have found are in Surrey but sending them anyway as nearby?

Sara,

There were 145 Wright/Cooper births registered in England and Wales between 1940 and 1960.

Do you know where the couple may have been living during that period?

Most of those children are probably still alive so if they or their descendants have been security minded when constructing their family tree on GR then they will either not be included or will simply be shown as "Living" without any precise details in GR family trees.

I meant that you should look for either Derek or his wife............you KNOW their details. Possible offspring are guesswork

Thanks Janet, I looked at Hertfordshire and Sussex as these were the places of marriage/death. Will look at those.

Good point Jonesy, didn't even think of 'living'.

Thanks all!
