I am trying to trace back my grandfathers family,his name was john wright dob 1905.His fathers name was alfred and his mother i think was called bella. he had a brother called harry and their was 2 sisters esther and peggy. peggys married name was newton.and her daughter was called pauline they all lived in moorgate street ,off wavertree road liverpool 7. My grandfather served with the Royal engineers as a sargent cook in the last war.the family all moved to cantril farm when moorgate street was pulled down. my maiden name was taylor and i am the eldest grand daughter of john and elsie wright who lived in 23 wynne street. if anyone can help,or if their is a living member of the family i would like to hear from you |
