I'm trying to find information on a Susannah Wright. She was born in the Brocton/Baswich area around 1839, her father is called John also born in the Brocton/Baswich area her mother looks to have been called Sarah (no maiden name). Susannah had an older sister called Ann and an older brother called Joseph, Joseph looks to have been born in Milford. On a 1871 census Joseph is married and living in what looks to be Bednall. His wife is called Maria and they have five children.Tilla? Thomas, John, Sarah Ann and John Joseph. Susannah married a Thomas Careless, he was born around 1841 little hay Warwickshire. On a 1881 census they are living in Rookery Lane Aldridge Staffordshire. They have a large family Charles born 12 march 1869 Aldridge, Harriet born 1867 Emscote? George 1872 Aldridge Thomas 1874 Aldridge Sarah A, Frederick, Fanny and Annie all born in Aldridge. There may be two more older children here I'm not sure yet. Susannah died around 1914 in the Walsall/Aldridge area both come under Staffordshire. Thanks for any help. |
