Trying to find Wright

I am trying to find any links to the WRIGHT name in the Oldham/Rochdale areas of Lancashire. My great grandfather (Wilfrid SUMMERSGILL) married Lilian WRIGHT (assuming they married, no marriage certificate has been seen) this would be somewhere in the late 1800's. Lilian had several siblings including Lola, Flo and Percy. My mother believes the WRIGHT's may have come from Bedfordshire originally but isn't sure. Wilfrid and Lilian went on to have two children Wilfrid (my grandfather) and Stanley (died at Lossiemouth during take off in bad weather (he was in the RAF) during WW11 I believe). Any info to help would be much appreciated. Thank you. |
