First you do want her correct date of birth, not "around", and that should be easily found.

You have given ages for her siblings? That kind of depends on what year they were that age in ...

You can look at FreeBMD for Letitia's marriage, and then in the censuses for children.

Yeah, Andrew, and FreeBMD has no such birth in Portsmouth. Cockermouth 1857, yes ...

I think we need to wait for disha to give some info that makes sense!

The normal method of researching family trees is to start with what you know from the current time, and work backwards. So by the time someone gets to looking at Leititia Young from Portsmouth in 1857, I expect you already know who she married and her children, and who they married and their children too. I would not expect you to be telling me who Letitia's parents were unless you wanted me to help you work back earlier.

I also would be worried that you have said that she was born about 1857. I would expect that you have her birth certificate, and her mother's maiden name therefrom.

In short, I would expect you to know who her descendants were, and be possibly asking about ancestors.

found the names in an old bible my great grandmother left , they appear to be her ancestors so just wonderin if their are any descendants out there on the same trail
