Hello, I'm trying to locate relatives of Reginald and Ruth Young(nee Emery) Ruth was born in Rochdale in 1902. Later they lived in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire, where we believe she met Reginald. They had three sons:- Edward Fred born 1927 Malcolm Reginald born 1929 Norman Robert born 1933. The family moved at some point to London and Reginald is believed to have worked as a police officer near the tower of london. Ruth died in 1988, however I never met her. Her sons all died between june and december 1994. I don't have any other information on Reginald. I believe that one of the three sons was married to a woman known as Flo. My mother, Margaret Wilson(nee Howe) remembers staying with Ruth in the early 1950's in "Ely" which we now believe to be Haddenham. Ruth was my Great Aunt. Linda Henderson(nee Wilson) |
