	Trying to login to the Ancestry web site and first it freezes and now does not except log in info - any one else having problems?

What a bad start to the day, hubby got up at 5am and woke me to say we have no electric. Oh gee thanks for that, could have left me in bed. Phoned the board and they managed to get us up and running within the hour. Boy was it cold in our home and no facility to make a cup of tea even. Linda

	Have managed to send an e-mail, but there is a 24 hour reply period! Would be very interested to hear anyone's response to a phone call as I am unable to call that number from aboard. It maybe yet another update taking place in UK /Europe working time when of course its the middle of the USA night and so 'wont inconvenience' USA membership!! Am very grumpy as also on day off and got up especially early to do research!
