On the Irish 1901 and 1911 there is a Joseph Caprani (R.C.) Born in Como, Italy and his wife Hannah and his family at Address Number 1, Leinster Avenue, Dublin.
His wife on the 1901 says she is born Cork but 1911 says born Dublin.n
Joseph is R.C. Hannah is Church of England.
All boys are Catholic, all girls are C.O.E.
On the Transcript it says that Hannah is Catholic but on the image it says C.O.E.

There are only two families of Caprani in the island of Ireland in 1901 and 1911 there are NO CAPRONI Families.

My husband (who was lived in Bangor) says that the Capronis in Bangor also sold ice cream. There is this family in the 1901 census in Stranraer, Scotland:

Stranraer is the main port for ferries between Scotland and Northern Ireland.

I wonder if Helena could be the Nelly on the 1911 irish census?

There are only two births in 1899 and 1900 in Scotland for Caproni and they are for the two girls in the census.

On the 1911 one of the daughter's born Scotland is Mabel, aged 6. Scotlandspeople has a birth for a Mabel Caproni, b Stranraer in 1905.

Mabel's birth cert will give you her parents' names and when and where they married. You can download the cert from this site:

Looking for Jane Browne plum ridge County Tyrone

Trying to trace family roots father and mother from Belfast three grandparents from Belfast and one from Donegal is name Barney Gallagher left Donegal with his brother and went to live with 2 aunts in Glasgow about 1913/14 and ended fighting in WW1 which he survived ended up in Belfast where he met my grandmother and ended up living in Servia Street in the Falls Road
