I found it on Family Search, I then add the area where the marriage took place, the year and the wifes first name. Then I search through looking at the Volume and Page numbers until I find the 1 that corresponds.

Choccy was kind enough to find 2 births of the Babbage
Family in Egypt for me this morning.
Can I please ask for further help please.
Father was Robert William George Babbage
born 1864 Bristol.
He married a Margaret who was born in India in 1866(approx)
did they marry abroad?.They seem to have had some children
born in Ireland looking at the 1901 census.
Can anyone help with this family please.
