Hi Thelma - I'll start with the Beaulieu parish records. There are other Winchester search records available on-line, e.g. wills, bastardy examinations etc, but it's so long since I used them, I can't remember the main reference. I'll have to dig back in my records. Get back to you after my next Winchester visit. Regards, Wendy

Hi Wendy
I hope the records are at Winchester.
I believe there may be a bastardy order.
Thomas Renyard baptised 7/10/1823 Beaulieu, mother Hannah.
Another member names Thomas Scanes as the father but has not replied to me.
