Can't view family Tree

Does any-one have a problem viewing their own family trees? Every time I click on it it goes to another site which gives an unsecured warning. If I try to export the GedCom file it won't open and asks for an application to do it. I pay to be on it but at the moment it is useless. Can any-one add any light on this problem? Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Mine opens ok

Have you tried logging out of genes and then logging back in again

I have found logging out of a site then waiting a few minutes by looking at another site then logging back in again can clear what wasn't working

Had this very recently with ancestry but it righted itself when I logged out and then back in
