Hello looking for information on George, Eliza and Samuel Dawe they all died in 1902...my mum seems to think a tragedy hit the family.. maybe a fire.. but it's all very vague.. any Info would be fantastic

Are these the deaths you mean?
If so, they didn't all die in one event.
The obvious way to find out the cause of death would be to buy the death certs.
On the GRO website, you can get PDF copies for £6 each.

So, going back to the 1902 deaths -
young George was Eliza's grandson.
How does Samuel fit in?
Well, anyway, to answer your question, the causes of death will be on the death certs.
On the face of it, it looks like just a sad coincidence that they all died in the same year.

Thank you all.. Will go back and look at my tree again.. maybe my mum got confused.. It was my grandad who told her.. She might have the wrong Sam.. We have lots of them in the family tree
