Yes, I had that earlier today (when searching generally - nothing to do with my tree) , but logged out and closed the screen, then went back in and it's been fine since then.

Some sort of glitch.

Researching:
Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.

tried login out but not working :-(
but turned of enhanced tracking protection and it works
why i shall never know, im a nerd

I rang them up about it.
CS say that the problem is/was due to a combination of their servers being overloaded and most of the staff working from home.
They expect normal service to resume 25/26 March.
