Is it possible to retrieve something I’ve deleted from my amily tree? Trying to amend an error I’ve deleted my grandfather and lost a huge part of his family tree! I’m gutted.

Jackie22 Report 15 Jun 2020 16:57

I can see them all on a list of my whole family but they’ve disappeared from my tree.

Try contacting -

They should answer within a few working days ie M-F, but may be longer with current situation.

ErikaH Report 15 Jun 2020 19:19

Not sure how that could have happened, as one can normally only delete one person at a time, and then only if he/she is not connected to more than one other person

Thanks everyone. I have contacted Genes Support. ErikaH it was my own fault as it warned me there was ‘a child’ attached but then removed parents and grandparents before it. Hopefully Genes Support will sort me out.
