Looking for someone who isn’t a member

Edith Hubbard born 1927 Middlesbrough. Parents Edward and Margaret née Williams. Brothers Edward and Kenneth
Margaret died when Edith was 6 month old

There was a family breakdown after Margaret died so Edith never knew her family
I’m hoping the 1939 register has her and who she is with

Obviously these heads of family are older than likely age for parents, so grandparents maybe ?

EDIT
1901 census shows William and Kate with a son, Edward of the correct age, so these are Edith's paternal grandparents.
