WHEN I downloaded part of a tree from (find my past,) I had to give the tree a name, so I called by the tree I had start here and added a2 after the name. I can not seem to find the first tree I had worked on, How will I find it? :-(
Sue Barnes (nee Strevens)

You seem to have three trees on GR - two as Sue, with the same membership number one as Susan with a much older membership number

Re the two trees you have under your current membership number -

in one you have entered yourself with first and surnames only, and in the other you have included your middle name.

Your board name for that account is Sue.

Hover over "Family Tree" near the top of this page, then click "My tree".
Does it show you both trees?

As far as the older tree is concerned, that's on an old account, possibly with a different password or email address. If you can't remember those, you won't be able to access it.
Your board name for that account is Susan.

You can try emailing [email protected], and explaining your problem.
I don't know if they'll be able to advise, but it's worth a try.
Pre-Covid, they took about 3-5 working days to reply - it might be longer at the moment.

They will NOT be able to merge your old registration with your new one.

From the "Help" pages on this site:

Unfortunately, if you have registered more than once with us, we are unable to merge the duplicate registrations. However, we can transfer any subscription or pay-per-view credits from one registration to the other.

When you sign in to the site you will see a page with details of each registration. Please send the details of both registrations to the support team with instructions on which registration you would like to keep. We can delete the duplicate registration, but any contacts or tree details on this registration would also be deleted.

If you cannot remember your old log in details, then please send us your full name, year and place of birth. This will help the support team to locate the duplicate registration.
