Looking for records of Donald Macfarlane Born around 1849 in Greenock he married Jessie Macbeth at Glasgow Scotland. They had a son Duncan Macfarland and Duncan and Frances had a son, William Macfarland, born 1901/1902.

The transcription says Alexander McBeath is the father of all the children - clearly not correct, as he's Jessie's brother.
