My g g grans name was Adeline Wright - and yes she would have been pretty old when she had Nellie. I know that she wasn't born prior to 1901 as I have a picture of all the family including a small boy which was her youngest child who looks to be about 18months old. She died in 1940 at the age of 75.

Don't ask why but all the women in my tree had their last child when they were 43. If you know when Mum was born, add 43 and look around there....

If your gggrab was born 1864 and her child as born 1905-1915 she would have been in her forties/fifties? Suzanne

Sorry - not made myself v clear! Looking for Birth info really as I know about her M&D. She was definitely born in Shropshire - nr Shrewsbury I believe as her Brother was - possibly in the district of Atcham?. Not dead sure on her name as the info has come from source who knew her as Nellie.

Well you wont find her on the census as she was born after the last we have access to. Where else have you looked? Have you found her parents on the census though?

Hi I have tried looking for Nellie Butters myself but cannot seem to find her. She was my g g grans youngest child and I think would have been born some time around 1905 - 1915 in Shropshire. My g g grans maiden name was Wrightand she was bn in 1864 hence my dates. Anything would be great and its probably really simple and obvious I know!!! Thanks!
