I have the Nation Burial Index CDs if anyone is interested. There are some counties on them which are not already covered by familyhistoryonline. Dates from 1538. Yvonne

Yvonne Would you be able to look up two deaths for me in the Buckinghamshire area? The first one is an Emmanuel Norris from the Ibstone/Turville area . He died around 1858. The other is his wife Leah Norris who was on the 1861 census as being a widow. I don't have a clue when she died or where she is buried. Many thanks Sarah

Hi Elton. Sorry there's no sign of him. I think coverage is a bit sparse for the 1900s. Yvonne

Hi Yvonne - excuse my ignorance but does the Index cover the Hampshire or Nottinghamshire areas? If so I would be grateful for some look-ups, if not - then thanks for the offer no doubt you will be inundated with requests. Jacqui

Hi Yvonne I'm not sure how your CDs search works, or if you just have to trawl through. I am interested in Worthington and Stafford, Dissington, Holland and Trivett in Staffordshire (Stoke-on-trent and Stafford to be precise) If you get round to me let me know and I'll let you have specfic names and aproximate dates I would be reallygrateful, but understand if you get swamped! Regards and Many thanks Maxine

Hi Yvonne What a kind offer! I would be really grateful if you could take a look on your cd's and see if you can find anything on the name Elliff in the Croydon, Surrey area please. As i am not sure what dates you can search for i am interested in anything from 1840 onwards. Regards Yvette

Hi Maxine, It would be easier if you can supply names and approx. dates. Blanket searches on some areas can bring up rather a lot!! Yvonne

Hi Sarah. Emmanuel and Leah are not listed at all. There are about 50-60 Norris records given for Bucks as a whole. If you'd like them I'll email them to you tomorrow. Yvonne

Hi Yvonne I knew you would need more detail, but I didn't want to assume you would get around to me!So I waited until you asked. So here goes William Dissington Stoke on trent died around 1834 (but date not exact) Thomas and Clara Worthington Stoke on trent - buried Hanley cemetery late 1920s, early 1930s Vincent Holland, could be either Stafford or Stoke on Trent, died 13th March 1877. John and Ann Worthington - Stoke-on-trent , suspect Hanley cemetery, sometime between 1881 and 1901 (sorry can't be more specific) Thomas and Mary Dissington , Stoke-on-trent again sometime between 1881 and 1901 Walter and Mary Trivett, probably Hanley Stoke-on-trent, late 1920s, early 1930s The above would be a great help - if the dates are too vague don't worry -just leave them, I'll be grateful for any info you can give me. Many Thanks Maxine
