Hi Hope someone can help. I have a relative that appears to have been born at BFD Munden. What would the initials BFD, stand for? Where is Munden? Thanks Liz

Hi Elizabeth, Probably Bedfordshire. The usual abbreviation for Bedford is BDF, not BFD. But there is a Munden in Bedford. Debbie

There is a Little Munden and Great Munden in Hertfordshire. Afraid I don't know what the BFD stands for. Kathleen
