Loading Gedcom Michelle, A Gedcom file is a file from a genealogy programme. This assumes that you already ahve all the info in a family tree in a programme and allows you to transfer that data to GenesConnected without re-inputing it. If you haven't already got your info in a family tree programme, there is no point you deleting your online tree.
