Does anyone know of Barbara Rankilor's whereabouts at this time, or has anyone seen her recently ? I am trying to find out about her. She is my cousin and I don 't seem to be able to trace her. She was born in 1940 in Bacup, Lancashire.Several members of the family are keen to know what has become of her...
I have left messages on her link in Genes Re-United, on several occasions, but she never got back. I have even heard rumours that she could be dead. She was known to have travelled quite a bit.She Helped run a Public House in Lancashire, then she went to the Isle of Man and then to Jersey in the Channel isles... It was here that she was reported to have died..Can any one give me any news of her. You can contact me through this website.

Hello Pamela I dont know if you have located Barbara but my sister was a friend of hers when they had the White Horse. When Barbara's mum died , my sister tried to locate Barbara but with no luck. She was convinced, however, that she hadn't died. My sister died in 2006.

I just looked on 192.com putting in Barbara Rankilor England and there was someone of that name registered till 2010 but number and address withheld, does the name Jean Boardman mean anything? Age range was 65+ so fits ok.

Have a look for yourself - if there is someone with membership of 192.com you might be able to get them to check out more details.
