	well picked the ring up this morning woman said I hope its in now, told her it had better be as when I rang yesterday they said it was. Ring is fine and daughter now proudly wearing it. Did tell shop was writing to Head office to complain as it was awful service, she didnt look amused but hey they should of done it right in the first place and chased it up instead of waiting for me to contact them each time. d x
