	I politely disagreed with a member and got a 3 hour suspension...........................it's easy enough to do, believe me:))

	Please could somebody tell me what do you have to do or say to get banned? I'm fairly new to reading the messages but haven't seen anything remotely offensive [to me anyway] A few arguments and digs maybe but my young granddaughters could do better on the insults when having hissy fits.

	Barrie,I always stay up to spend the time on the computer, o.h. snores too much for me to sleep beside him and I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome so don't sleep well anyway. I will go up in a bit and then when I start snoring o.h. gets up if he isn't already gone when on early shift! Joan, why haven't you been to bed? Are you ok? Lizxx
