Is anyone else getting the thunderstorms or is it just here on the East Coast ?

There was a huge one last night and another two big ones today.
My Son has managed to get caught in both the downpours today............lol

Poor dog ( Milo ) is going into meltdown ( he hates thunder ) and is wedged under my feet , wobberling like a jelly.

I'm scared of lightening.........sooooooooo last night I had my head under the covers......lol..........and this afternoon..........well, I've never seen so much rain in such a short time.........xxx

Me neither GI...........it was awesome.

I like lightening and had the curtains open but had to close them for poor Milos sake.....he was panting so much I thought he was gonna explode........lol

Here in Germany , got a big storm on the way now ........ thunder and lightening do not bother me, but they are predicting large hailstones as well :O(

A storm just clipped this area yesterday, but elsewhere in Kent was more spectacular

we had a bit of rain in bucks, nothing too major, need a good storm though to clear the air. I hate it, if its at night i turn the lights on so i cant see it, silly eh?

I'd better slosh my way down the garden path to shut my green house door.......I bet I stand on a snail on the way.......lol

Shelia....we had hailstones this afternoon....my son was not impressed with them.........he couldn't have been wetter when he got home if he had jumped in a river.........lol

we had a right old blaster of a storm last night. I had to get up and reset the alarm over at the pool house, then the electronic gate gave up the ghost, but fixed it in the end. I didnt sleep that well after all that!!

The one this afternoon had SO much rain.....and five minutes later the sun came out and it was really hot again..........lol
The local Co-Op spang several leaks.
Children were playing in the massive puddle that always gathers just outside my garden gate.....lol
I must admit they had seen me out there splashing about with the Grandchildren....such fun...lol

but the storm was bad here last night, had the windows open too cos it was so muggy

Lol Whirley.........how the other half live.....and me so happy with me big puddle........lol.....at least the little ones weren't pestering me for the paddling pool....lol
